Returns & Warranty Information


Here at the Smoke Emporium, it truly is our wish that you have a fantastic shopping experience. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we only offer returns on warranty applicable items (within the warranty period) and items that are still in their un-opened original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note, that we are working hard to bring you a more buyer friendly policy.

For now, we highly encourage you to familiarise yourself with any products you wish to purchase, so that any disappointment may be avoided.

Return shipping is free for warranty applicable items. However,  buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost of 14 day returns. 


Smoke Emporium only sells vaporizers that are backed by manufacturer warranties, ensuring that you receive only the best quality. In the rare and unfortunate case that you receive a defective vape, Smoke Emporium will take care of the warranty process for you. Use the form below to give us all the details we need to get you a fully functioning herbal vaporizer.


  • The device does not work due to a manufacturing defect.
  • You purchased the vaporizer from
  • Your device is still within the warranty period.
  • There is no evidence of neglect, incorrect product use or tampering.

  • The serial number of your vape (generally located on the exterior of box. If you need help locating it, just reach out to us.)

We will review your request within 24 hours and once approved; we will guide you through the rest of the warranty process.
